OV-101 and OV-102 Ejection Seats

Only NASA Orbiter Enterprise OV-101 and Columbia OV-102 had ejection seats. Here is a look at the plans, Enterprise was a test platform that never went into orbit. Columbia on her first several missions only had a crew of two since it was still in test stage. The seats were disabled on STS-5 as there more than 2 crew members and the commander felt it was unethical to fly with them armed.
